What You’ll Do
Our Strategists are responsible for leading, guiding, and supporting a project team in designing and implementing targeted change strategies.
Working with the project team, our strategists guide organizations in strategy development and change management, including identification of change impacts on culture, people, processes, systems, policy, and structure.Working in teams, our strategists are also responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research as part of organizational diagnosis and assessment.
This role also includes being able to:

- Guide Stakeholders and leadership team
- Co-assess organizational readiness
- Co-define success measures
- Co-design appropriate interventions,communication, feedback loops and learning materials
- Co-evaluate and plan for long-term sustainability
What You’ll Bring To the Table
To lead projects, Strategists must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and change priorities, delivering on time with expected business results.
We expect strategists to demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving and creative collaboration.
Strategists must demonstrate the ability to accomplish work through others supporting the team with organization and time management skills.
We welcome strategists with background and knowledge in the following fields of study: Organization Development, Change Management, Leadership Development, Entrepreneurship, Business Management, Market Analysis, Operations Management, Management Engineering, Human resource management, and other related areas.
