She excels in designing and implementing OD strategies that drive organizational transformation, enhance leadership effectiveness, and align structures with business goals. Rhea’s corporate journey includes significant contributions to HR and OD teams at Goldilocks Bakeshop, Sun Life of Canada, and Philam Financial Advisory Services, where she led initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and drive strategic change. She also served as a Director and Resource Facilitator for the Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development, where she developed and delivered programs focused on leadership and organizational effectiveness. Academically accomplished, Rhea attended her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at De La Salle University and pursued a Master’s in Applied Business Economics at the University of Asia and the Pacific. She expanded her expertise by completing certificate programs in Organizational Behavior, Designing Learning Programs, and Human Resource Management at the University of California, Berkeley. Rhea is also a Certified Transformation Coach, a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), and a Certified Change Management Specialist. He has worked with enterprises across different industries – printing, packaging, food development, real estate, and plastic manufacturing. He is a member of the Board of Advisors to the Bulatao Center for Psychological Services. Prior to this, he was a board member of the Ateneo Center for Organizational Development , the Ateneo Business Resource Center and the Ateneo Business Accelerator program.
