Her expertise is in Strategic Alignment, Change Management, Performance Management consulting, Leadership Development, and Human Resource Management. Her corporate experience included working with HR & OD teams at Goldilocks Bakeshop Goldilocks Bakeshop, SunLife of Canada, and Philam Financial Advisory Services. She was a former director and resource facilitator for the Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from De La Salle University and attended Masters in Applied Business Economics from the University of Asia and the Pacific. She completed certificate programs in Organization Behavior, Designing Learning Programs, and Human Resource Management at the University of California, Berkeley. She is also a Certified Coach, a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, and a Certified Change Management Specialist.

John has a PhD in Leadership Studies from the Ateneo de Manila University. He also completed his degree in Management Engineering from the same university and his Masters in Entrepreneurship with distinction from the Asian Institute of Management. He has worked with enterprises across different industries – printing, packaging, food development, real estate, and plastic manufacturing. He is a member of the Board of Advisors to the Bulatao Center for Psychological Services. Prior to this, he was a board member of the Ateneo Center for Organizational Development , the Ateneo Business Resource Center and the Ateneo Business Accelerator program.

She represented the Philippines in the ASEAN Football Federation Championships as well as the 29th SEA Games. Her most recent adventures have been in teaching for the past 5 years, both graduate and undergraduate entrepreneurship students, and in training corporations. In 2018 she enrolled under Jack Canfield’s Train the Trainer Live and is certified in the Canfield Methodology, which focuses on how to experientially teach the principles of success and the facilitation of individual and group transformation. Gica has more than 10 years experience in the field of Market Research and Consumer Insights. She has led both syndicated and customized quantitative and qualitative research studies in food and non-food FMCG, apparel, pharmaceutical, health sector, finance – banking & insurance, digital platform, FinTech, financial mobile app, financial services (remittance, loans, bills payment), real estate, and the government. Gica also supervised research projects for markets within the region, focusing on South East Asia (Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia) with occasional coordination with China, Hong Kong, Taiwan. Gica graduated in Ateneo de Manila University with a BA in Management Economics. She enjoys conceptualizing ideas for organizations and she believes that having a clear view of one’s competitive positioning, understanding one’s target market, while tying it to the core competencies of the organization are critical factors in the success of any innovation.
